Wellorithm Review: Sermorelin Pricing and the Open Questions

Wellorithm offers sermorelin at $150 first, then $200 per month. See what is included, where billing terms are unclear and which details to confirm.

Updated Editorial policy

Wellorithm makes sermorelin look affordable at first glance: $150 for the first month, then $200 per month, with the visit, medication and shipping included. The injection comes in a 5 mL vial containing 10 mg total. Those details make the offer easy to compare. The harder part is understanding the subscription behind it.1

The main drawback is transparency. The sermorelin page does not make the renewal interval clear, and the company’s public pages do not identify the dispensing pharmacy. Wellorithm could suit someone who wants an online service with a straightforward advertised price, but the introductory discount alone would not put it ahead of a provider with clearer billing and pharmacy details.

What you get for the price

The advertised plan includes the clinician visit, prescribed medication, an administration kit and free expedited shipping. Wellorithm also describes ongoing support. A prescription depends on the clinician’s approval; buying a plan does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed.1

The advertised monthly price does not establish the renewal interval. The Terms describe 28-day billing for weight-loss care.

At the advertised rates, a $150 first payment followed by eleven $200 payments totals $2,350. That assumes calendar-month renewals and no extra charges. The product page’s “monthly” wording does not settle the billing interval, so this is a comparison figure rather than a confirmed annual bill.

Lab costs are another open question. There is no clear sermorelin-specific testing price in the product and policy pages. If your clinician requires bloodwork, find out whether it is included before paying. The vial’s total quantity also does not tell you how long your individual prescription will last; that depends on the prescribed schedule.

The subscription needs a clearer explanation

Wellorithm’s Terms describe 28-day billing for its weight-loss program, while the sermorelin page advertises a monthly price and cancellation at any time. The Terms also include a weight-loss refund guarantee. They do not clearly establish that either policy applies to sermorelin.12

That distinction can change the total. Thirteen 28-day billing periods cover 364 days. If sermorelin used that cycle, a $150 first period and twelve $200 renewals would total $2,550, compared with $2,350 for twelve payments. Neither figure is a substitute for the actual renewal dates on your order.

Before subscribing, get the billing interval and cancellation deadline in writing. “Cancel anytime” should tell you how to stop the next payment, but it does not necessarily mean that an already processed prescription is refundable. The weight-loss guarantee should not be counted as protection for a peptide order unless Wellorithm expressly confirms it.

Pharmacy and medical care

Wellorithm describes itself as a platform connecting customers with healthcare professionals. Its contact page provides a Miami address, (877) 402-6778 and contact@wellorithm.com.23

The missing pharmacy name is a more significant drawback than the contact details are a reassurance. The product, Terms, privacy, About and contact pages do not identify the dispenser or give a product-specific 503A or 503B classification. That leaves customers needing a direct answer about who will prepare and ship their medication.

Ask for the intended pharmacy’s legal name and state license, and the medical group responsible for the prescription. You should also be able to identify the clinician handling follow-up. Our pharmacy verification guide explains how to check those details.

The company advertises access across all 50 states and Washington, D.C., but that is a platform-wide statement. Availability of a particular prescription still depends on the clinician, pharmacy and your state. Its About page promotes video visits and around-the-clock support, with much of the description focused on weight-loss care.24 Confirm what the sermorelin plan actually includes, especially the type of consultation and any monitoring costs.

How convincing are the sleep claims?

The sermorelin page promotes sleep, recovery and healthy-aging benefits. It also contains material about NAD+ and mitochondrial function, which makes the product-specific explanation less clear. Testimonials may describe individual experiences, but they cannot tell you how likely you are to benefit.1

Sermorelin’s effects on the growth-hormone axis do not establish that this particular prescription will improve sleep. Our sermorelin sleep and recovery guide separates the hormone findings from clinical outcomes. The compounded medication is not FDA-approved, and FDA does not evaluate compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing.5

If insomnia is the reason you are considering treatment, the starting point should be an assessment of the sleep problem and its alternatives. Our comparison with CBT-I covers that decision.

Privacy before signing up

The privacy policy covers health, contact and payment information, along with marketing and data sharing.6 Read it before entering your medical history. The platform’s policy and the treating medical group’s privacy notice may cover different parts of your information, so it is useful to know which organization holds your records.

General customer support is a suitable place to ask about prices and pharmacy details. It should not require sending a detailed medical history just to get those answers.

Our verdict

Wellorithm’s appeal is its visible price and an advertised package covering the visit, medication and shipping. Its weakness is that the most important subscription and fulfillment details are harder to pin down.

At $200 per renewal, the plan deserves a comparison, but we would want the pharmacy name, billing interval and cancellation cutoff before choosing it. A clear written quote would make the offer considerably easier to judge against the sermorelin provider board and price comparison. Without those answers, the $150 introduction is a promotion rather than a reason to commit.

Frequently asked questions
